5. Interview/Assessment Center
A request on our part for you to come in for an interview or visit an Assessment Center means that you have successfully passed the first important hurdle in the hiring process and must now convince us in person of your suitability for the job.

A Bayer Direct Services staff member will usually call you to set up an appointment. The people who interview you in our offices or at an Assessment Center will be from the department in which the position you are applying for is located. If you have any administrative issues that need to be dealt with (e.g. reimbursement for travel costs), you can call the Bayer Direct Services team hotline (+ 49 214 30 99 779) or send an e-mail to:

The average duration of an interview/Assessment Center visit is one day.
